Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our systems through effective test strategies and automation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help deliver robust solutions that meet business needs and exceed customer expectations.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with agile teams to define acceptance criteria, identify risks, and ensure test coverage for new features.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Continuously improve quality assurance processes and tools to enhance system reliability and scalability.
• Analyze and address non-functional requirements to ensure system stability and performance.

Who You Are

• Experienced in taking ownership of tasks, ensuring quality, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player with a strong commitment to quality.
• Proficient in quality assurance tools, processes, and automation frameworks, with knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and source control systems such as GIT.
• Skilled in functional, integration, and performance testing, with experience using tools like JMeter being a plus.
• Familiar with web software testing, and knowledge of Java-based systems or the Spring Framework is advantageous.
• Passionate about ensuring exceptional system performance and eager to tackle complex challenges.
