Job Description
The Wealth Products organisation provides Banks and Wealth Managers with a complete front-to-back wealth technology platform with out-of-the-box integration, offered in SaaS or BPaaS mode. The Business Development team within Wealth Products is responsible for managing internal projects, overall project control, budgeting processes, and administrative activities.
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead projects, processes and activities within Wealth Products. This role involves effectively managing communication with all stakeholders and coordinating with other projects across various divisions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, preferably within the banking industry. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your contributions will be crucial in supporting the Business Development team and ensuring operational excellence across all functions in the Wealth Products organization by owning various processes and activities.
Your key tasks
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives
- Create project plans, monitor progress and performance, ensure milestones are met, manage risks, and escalate to management if needed
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, manage expectations, communicate regularly, and provide comprehensive support to Senior Management
- Run budgeting, forecasting, and controlling processes
- Manage contracting and coordination with external employees, including onboarding and procurement processes, and track and manage their deliverables
- Manage the structure and access of tools such as MS SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence and Jira
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as project manager managing medium to large-sized projects
- Proven track record of delivering results in a complex international, diverse and dynamic environment
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Persistent, assertive, resilient, with the ability to maintain an overview and set priorities
- Goal-oriented approach with an independent working style
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with Finance, Controlling, Project Teams and other Business Areas
- Proficiency in project management methods and tools, including MS Office products, SAP, Jira and Confluence
It would be a real bonus if you have
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the banking business and bank-related processes is an added advantage
