Your personal competences 

Your primary tasks are to: 

Develops and implements project definitions, goals, main and retail plans. Manages staff and subcontractors in terms of time, costs, and quality. Follows up on risk plans and services internal and external steering committees with relevant and professional reporting. 

• Organizes project teams and is responsible both for the implementation of the project and for the well-being and development of the employees. 

• Skilled communicator at all levels of the organization and in relation to customers. 

• Collaborates and coordinates with other projects and maintenance teams within the subject area. 

Basic qualifications 

• Relevant higher education in public administration and administration, IT or related areas corresponding to minimum graduate level and at least 5 years of IT industry knowledge or combination of other education and at least 10 years of IT industry knowledge. In both cases, at least 3 years of proven experience in solving directly comparable tasks are expected. 

• Works independently based on broad guidelines and is fully responsible for his own work, including that assigned tasks are performed at the agreed time and quality. 

• Broad educational and experiential foundation with in-depth knowledge of project management methods and best practices. Education, experience, and certification in one or more of the common methods in the field, mainly PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Agile, have relevance in relation to public customers and the state-wide IT project model. Complementary certificates and experience with e.g., PMI and IPMA as well as insight into agile development and agile methods are an advantage. Especially the Scrum method and certifications such as Scrum Masters and Scrum Product Owners are relevant. 

• Significant experience in managing an overall customer project, follow-up, and coordination, including equipment, software, tools, and personnel. 

• Significant experience in managing and following up on risks, progress, task prioritization and cost/benefit as well as typical experience with subcontractor management, coordination and agreements with the parties involved. 

• Significant experience in the application of project management tools including planning, management and follow-up using MSP. 

• Both English and Danish in writing and speech.
