Role Profile

As a Senior Construction Project Manager you will support ongoing fit out projects in from our Zurich studio. This role requires close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution, the successful candidate must be fluent in both German and English. You will be required to visit both office and site environments, acting as a key point of contact throughout the Delivery phase of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Attend weekly on-site development meetings with clients and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and lead site walkthroughs for the Site Superintendent, ensuring accurate documentation of progress to report back to the end client.
  • Manage project documentation and process flow.
  • Monitor site progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Update project schedules to ensure timely delivery and manage client expectations in the event of delays.
  • Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team, providing support where needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.

About you:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or Site Manager within the commercial fit-out sector.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working on projects, managing a full range of subcontractors.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage subcontractor trades from tender stage through to delivery.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software.
  • Degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred
  • Strong focus on client experience and project excellence.
  • Passionate about workplace design efficiency and industry best practices.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
