JOB PURPOSE

For our office in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (div/f/m) who will steer and manage exciting technological projects with the best design and first-class usability together with our client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Independent planning, coordination and implementation of complex digital (e-commerce) projects, always keeping an eye on the fulfillment of milestones.

- Control of relevant key figures and initiation of appropriate measures to ensure that the project scope is realized on time and within budget, including project-specific tender preparation and project controlling.

- You are a central interface in the communication and clarification of requirements and needs between internal and external stakeholders as well as with our implementing expert teams.

- When advising and supporting our customers, you will impress them with your confident, proactive and authoritative manner.

- Use your knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, risk management, controlling and reporting.

- Leadership of an interdisciplinary project team on a day-to-day basis and maintaining regular, close contact with the project team in different locations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- You have at least 5+ years of experience in managing complex digital or e-commerce projects, ideally also on medium to large accounts;

- Have excellent communication skills in Swiss German, German (at least C1) and English;

- You have relevant experience in an agency or consulting firm;

- You have a good command of the methods and tools commonly used in project management;

- You already have experience in (multi-)project management as well as the classic and agile project management methods (waterfall to scrum and kanban) and tools (e.g. Asana or Jira);

- You have a convincing and confident manner with a feel for the needs of our demanding customers and are used to consult and steer the client;

- You are skilled in the creation of cost overviews and offers;

- Design project plans and roadmaps with milestones and dependencies;

- Create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients;

- Ideally, you have basic knowledge of requirements engineering and prioritization;

- You’re always curious to learn and willing to understand any context in order to holistically steer the project;

- Ability to work independently, autonomously, in a structured and organized manner, characterized by a high sense of quality and a great sense of responsibility;

- You are a true organizational talent who is used to keeping many balls in the air;

- See yourself as a team player and already have some experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA to achieve the common goal;

- Are currently based in Switzerland.
