Job Description
Join the Inetum Polska team as an IT Project Manager and take part in the implementation of innovative projects for our clients! We are looking for a person with experience in IT project management who will find his/her way in a dynamic environment with a focus on efficiency, good communication and the highest quality of service.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinating and collaboratively analyzing business requirements for projects.
- Supporting the preparation of project proposals, including cost estimations.
- Developing comprehensive project plans.
- Managing project risks and finances effectively.
- Monitoring project progress, including coordinating daily activities of the project team.
- Utilizing Agile methodologies to enhance team performance and ensure project delivery.
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Reporting project results and statuses to leadership.
Qualifications
Must-have skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and processes.
- Proven experience in preparing project proposals and cost estimations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) is a plus.
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office).
Nice to have:
- A technical background (e.g., experience in development, QA, etc.).
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).

- Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 2 days a week from one of our office - Warsaw, Poznan or Katowice.
