Transform healthcare delivery as our next Senior Project Manager at Mashura®. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the implementation of strategic regional, national, and international client account facility launches of CUBEX hardware and software technology, both in our Veterinary division. You will work and collaborate with our executive leadership, professional services, corporate accounts, support, product development, and client partner teams.
The scope of responsibility includes but is not limited to, active and future project scope development, collaboration, execution, reporting, adjustment and measure of performance of project plans. Business planning, financial planning, project scale development, resource planning, communication, supporting talented internal Mashura® teams, resource deployment, product/service rollout, and achieving organizational goals for regional, national and international rollouts are consistent with required candidate skill sets. Responsibilities include active participation/onboarding of strategic client launch and rollout programs, client project expectation, client experience management, client planning and strategy meetings (remote and onsite), collection, interpretation, and utilization of project metrics, team utilization/efficiencies, program management, client metric data, risk assessments, site visits and surveys.
The ideal candidate must be an entrepreneurial leader recognized for expertise in strategy development and execution, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be extremely detailed oriented. The candidate must have strong project leadership and execution acumen. Expertise in application development, PMO, Project Management, and/or Program Management is a requirement of the role. Enjoying working on multiple projects, familiarity with implementing hardware and software technology in scale of 100+ site facility rollouts, and a proven track record of driving program deliverables are high expectations for the role.
Your leadership of regional and national projects & client programs will have a direct impact on sales production, company financial performance, client Return of Investment Projections (ROI), Solution Application and Configuration, Proposal Development, Solution Demonstrations (remote and in person), Data Entry, Salesforce.com (CRM) updates and other assigned responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Own and actively manage simultaneous projects through their entire lifecycle following standard project management methodologies, internally established best practices and processes.
  • Contribute to thoughtful and creative discussions with Project Sponsor(s) on defining project objectives, goals, resource planning, and scheduling.
  • Ensure project success by educating Project Sponsor(s) and Stakeholders about project management's triple constraint; create the best balance between changes that will impact cost, time, and scope.
  • Lead client strategy meetings delivering project scope & deliverables inclusive of strategic rollout schedule by area, region, cumulative national – coordination and planning.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams to understand and accomplish project objectives, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensure the business benefits of projects assigned are clearly defined, understood and the project team establishes appropriate measures of success.
  • Establish and maintain project plans, reports progress as required, generates risk assessments, escalates issues and facilitates project review discussions.
  • Manage a highly complex business calendar with a keen sense of prioritization and time management. Navigate project changes; identify and remove barriers and coordinate with a variety of cross-functional project team members.
  • Develop, schedule, and conduct quarterly / annual project review and program score card meetings with customers and Cubex program stakeholders.
  • Report on monthly metrics, resource planning, resource utilization, resource projections, project status, trends.
  • Complete program scorecards per customer project.
  • Drive program enhancement opportunities both with the customer, and the execution of such projects with Cubex operations, development and support teams
  • Prioritize daily/weekly tasks to accomplish before or on due dates assigned
  • Participation/delivery of complete assessments of financial, operational, and clinical impact of project to client businesses.
  • Strategic analysis of Pre-Implementation, Implementation, Post Implementation Account Management, and Support requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risk to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Incorporate and uphold Mashura® core values in all aspects of the role.
  • Performs other duties as assigned for business continuity.

  • Technology: Proficient in using multiple software programs, collaboration tools and web-based applications; Microsoft Office Suite products, internet browsers, Salesforce, and Slack v.

Education/Licenses/Certifications

  • Project Management Certified/Licensed/PMP – Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) – Desired
  • At least 10 years of project management experience in designing, managing, implementing, completing Software / Hardware national and/or regional rollout projects
    • Experience working on enterprise-scale projects

Location

  • Company headquarters - Scottsdale, Arizona
  • This role is a hybrid position requiring in-person attendance at our Phoenix headquarters 2-3 days per week. Candidates must have a permanent local address and the ability to be onsite during standard business hours.

Employee Classification

Compensation

  • $80,000 - $100,000 annually; commensurate with experience
  • Internet and Cell Phone stipend
  • Home office technologies provided by company (laptop, monitors, webcam, etc.)
