Job Purpose
We are looking to hire a positive, proactive Project Manager/Director to oversee project teams and to ensure IT projects are completed on time, on budget and in compliance with the Project requirements and the adequate level of quality. The Project Manager with manage the communication with internal and external stakeholders during all phases of the project, assuring prompt alignment, effective coordination of the organization, efficient management of physical and human resources.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Develop or update project plans including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
- Develop detailed project plans.
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
- Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS).
- Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Analyze data to identify trends or relationships among variables.
- Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel.
- Establish and execute a project communication plan.
- Manage the communication with internal and external stakeholders, including Customer
- Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings.
- Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.
- Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.
- Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources.
- University degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or other relevant majors.
- 5+ year of Project Management Experience for large and mission critical projects in large organizations
- 5+ years of experience in delivery projects in the Telecommunication market segment
- Good Knowledge of BSS Domain
- Comprehensive understanding of Software Development/Management Lifecycle
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams
