About the Role 

We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to independently lead cross-functional initiatives focused on supply chain optimization. This role will drive operational transformation by executing projects that enhance demand planning, inventory management, first mile, middle mile, and logistics efficiency. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of supply chain functions and can design scalable processes and systems to improve efficiency and performance.  

This role requires a proactive problem solver with a strong ability to manage enterprise-level projects, streamline operations, and drive impactful improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities 

  • Supply Chain Process & System Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable processes and systems to support key supply chain functions, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, network optimization, and transportation. Collaborate with stakeholders across merchandising, procurement, warehouse operations, and transportation to ensure seamless process integration.  
  • Demand Planning & Inventory Optimization: Design inventory management processes that balance stock availability, working capital efficiency, and fulfillment speed. Develop system capabilities to prevent overstock and stockouts while improving replenishment strategies.  
  • Supply Planning & Procurement Systems: Establish structured supplier management and procurement processes to enhance sourcing efficiency and cost optimization.  
  • Transportation & Network Optimization: Design warehouse and distribution strategies to improve first-mile and middle-mile logistics efficiency. Develop transportation network optimization frameworks to enhance cost-effectiveness and delivery speed. Implement tools and automation to improve real-time tracking, route planning, and logistics performance analysis.  
  • Continuous Process Improvement & Technology Integration: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable technology-driven solutions to enhance supply chain performance. Lead business process deployment plans, ensuring solutions align with company objectives and deliver measurable results.  Develop and leverage automation tools, data analytics, and workflow management systems to enhance overall supply chain operations.  

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in merchandising (1P), supply chain, process improvement, or operational excellence, with a focus on supply chain.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain functions, including demand planning, first mile, middle mile, and process optimization.
  • Strong expertise in operational improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and their practical application.
  • Proven ability to independently manage large-scale, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in building tools, collecting, and analyzing data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with retail or e-commerce environments. (Preferred)
  • Experience working with multicultural or diverse teams. (Preferred)

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $140,000
  • This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
