We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Product Management team for Life Sciences and Healthcare in Barcelona.

You’ll lead and coordinate complex project activities, providing oversight and direction for project planning and execution.

You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful project outcomes.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

  • 7+ Years' experience as Project Manager
  • Bachelor degree or higher or equivalent experience
  • Experience working on Software Implementation projects in the Life Science industry
  • Experience in working closely with Global customers with teams in multiple locations through online meetings.
  • Experience leading customer discussions to walk through kickoff, requirements, testing, go-live, hyper care and provide solutions to customer problem. 
  • You have relevant project experience, working with project management, engineering and quality assurance.
  • Driving the project to completion with a customer focus approach
  • Scheduling resources across multiple projects to insure projects finish on time and we delight customers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar software for planning projects

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience working in the life Science industry, project managing internal teams and working with customers including their project teams related to pharmacovigilance or related area.
  • Detail oriented and desire to deliver solutions to customers on-time and with customer satisfaction in the field of pharmacovigilance for medical literature monitoring
  • Relevant experience working in a GxP or related environment with SOPs, change control and work instructions. 
  • Professional experience working with or supporting commercial software products.
  • Ability to manage several complex tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to plan and execute creative solutions to complex challenges, including advising on best practice approach
  • Create clear presentations and communications to a given audience, i.e. management, peers, and external customers.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies. 
  • Coordinate activities of your own team of colleagues including implementation consultants, quality assurance, data migration engineers, and compliance.
  • Provide guidance to junior project coordinators and assist with resource allocation. 
  • Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, , monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations and facilitating communication. 
  • Implement and improve project management tools, templates, and processes to enhance project delivery. 
  • Lead project risk management activities, ensuring risks are identified and mitigation plans are implemented. 
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned for future improvements.

Hours or Work

This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August). The position is hybrid going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
