About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of project management experience within an advertising agency or a related field. This role requires a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. You will be accountable for timely delivery of fully integrated campaigns and maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple advertising projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for a fully integrated scope of deliverables (TVC, OLA, social, site, etc)
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, strategy, and media, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers, fostering their development and growth.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and implement best practices.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our projects innovative and competitive.

About YouThe essentials:

  • 5-7 years of project management experience in an advertising agency or a related environment.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders within matrixed organizations
  • Background in fully integrated campaign management and experience across a variety of digital media is required
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Monday.com and / or JIRA strongly preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
