Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager in our Fund Managers team to work closely with stakeholders from across LGT Capital Partners. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance our fund management capabilities and deliver exceptional value to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
As a project manager within Fund Managers your main responsibilities are:

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget;

Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and end-users, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables;

Understand business and solution architecture and help shaping the target operating model when executing projects;

Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing any concerns promptly;

Elicit and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements from business and technical stakeholders;

Manage external technology providers and drive any system selection process in close collaboration with IMT.
Requirements

University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent qualification;

At least 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager at a financial services company or with a leading consulting firm in a delivery role in the financial services sector;

Experience in the asset management industry, more specifically fund administration and its corresponding systems is a plus;

In-depth and proven project management, delivery and leadership skills (both technical and people as well as change; management);Agile certification (Scrum, IPMA, etc.) and practical experience as a plus;

Excellent language skills in English (verbal/written) is a requirement, German is a plus;

Ability to act as a mediator on complex topics between business and technology teams;

Passion for project management with a pragmatic, hands on approach in order to get things done;

Self-motivated team player with strong analytical and organizational skills
