Graduate - Marketing Manager (f/m/d)
Over 18 months, you will get to know various business areas, build up comprehensive knowledge for your target function and broaden your horizons with an insight into Asian private banking. In line with our sustainable corporate philosophy, you will also have the chance to get involved in a social project. As a future Marketing Manager in LGT Group's Marketing & Communications division, your role will focus on the following tasks:
- Supporting the conception, organization and implementation of global events and educational programs on financial and succession topics for young clients of LGT (Next Generation Programs)
- Collaboration in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives for the Next Generation in close cooperation with internal and external partners worldwide
- Participation in market research projects, such as employee, client and investor surveys
- Supporting a wide range of marketing and corporate communications projects
Requirements
- A very good current Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration, marketing or hospitality management
- Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1 level), other foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with international customers and a global team
- Strong organizational and administrative coordination skills
- Analytical skills and a strong solution orientation
- Willingness to contribute innovative ideas and new perspectives
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty
- Positive, winning personality with a high service orientation
- Willingness to travel, especially to support global events and programs
- Identification with LGT and its values
- Interest in a long-term commitment to LGT
