Job Description

Are you a dynamic IT Project Manager looking to lead high-impact eCommerce projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment? Do you flourish with working with senior team members, handling complex projects, and driving real business transformation? If so, we want you on our team!

Who We are Looking For

We’re searching for a strategic and hands-on Project Manager with a proven track record in IT and ecommerce. You should be comfortable handling multi-discipline projects, working with business and technical teams, and delivering real operational efficiencies. If you love solving problems, handling change, and keeping projects on track, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading end-to-end project delivery – from initiation through to execution, testing, and transition to BAU or equivalent experience.
  • Working with senior team members across the business to drive key eCommerce initiatives.
  • Defining critical metrics and tracking project success to ensure measurable business value.
  • Managing third-party vendors, including the development and maintenance of our eCommerce platforms.
  • Creating and maintaining RAID logs, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies to streamline project execution.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, delivering multi-discipline projects.
  • Project Management Certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner & Agile Foundation are essential).
  • Experience leading all aspects of business transformation projects with a strong emphasis on technology and process change.
  • Excellent partner management and presentation skills, especially when working with geographically dispersed teams.
  • proactive, problem-solving attitude – you take initiative and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications, with an eagerness to learn new technologies.

Desirable:

  • Change Management certification.
  • Experience in the life sciences sector (not essential, but a plus
