Overview:
As a member of our Content production team, you will advocate for production and process efficiencies and drive projects to execution. Ownership and Accountability for successful project outcomes with strong financial acumen. Manage Stakeholder expectations, delivering learner/user centric products.
Responsible for managing content projects: planning, execution, and performance control.
Demonstrated experience in leading and project managing concurrent multiple eLearning projects. This is a hands-on individual contributor project management role in a production environment.
Must be able to work effectively virtually using collaborative tools. Ability to prioritize tasks daily in a production environment.
Experience with strong working knowledge of project management methods, tools & practices such as Agile, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall etc.

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Meet planned and committed project release goals/commitments.

Get work done through cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.

Proactively manage projects and its scope and changes, ensuring adherence to project objectives.

Conduct regular project status reviews with stakeholders and executive leadership.

Must be able to create dashboards in either MS Excel or Power BI.

Employ project management methodologies and tools to optimize project efficiency.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and or processes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Manage vendor partners and work allocation to partners. Track and ensure vendor performance is in line of project goals.

Compliance with company policies and procedures

May be required to work on once-off projects/initiatives or ongoing project work as required or other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned from time to time
Skills & Qualifications:
-
5+ years of hands-on progressive project management work experience in elearning domain. Preferably in fast paced eLearning content development/ custom content development/ content production organization in a similar role leading/managing global projects.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability/ experience of working with global stakeholders.

Problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication (excellent written and verbal skills), influencing and presentation skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

A bachelor’s degree is essential

MBA or Masters would be an advantage.
