What You Will Do: 

  • Lead projects for implementing manufacturing strategies for new Neurosurgical products. 
  • Accountability for all design transfer activities and to deliver the product on time, in scope, in quality and on budget. 
  • Manage project and product costs while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks imploring PMBOK techniques.
  • Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time. 
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation. 
  • Innovate and improve the current project management tools and the PMO governance.
  • Mentor and coach other Project Managers.

What You Need:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • 6+ years of post-grad work experience
  • 4+ years of Project Management experience
  • PMP or equivalent preferred

Travel Percentage: 20%
