The Opportunity
The Senior Project Lead will deliver platforms for a comprehensive security risk preparedness and response processes, building resilience capabilities to cope with various threats, incidents, and crises that may jeopardize the organization's personnel, assets, operations, and interests. This role involves creating resilience frameworks, standards, and programs, supporting business units in risk management, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective risk mitigation and response strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects involving risk management systems adhering to established timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, developers, and QA testers, to ensure alignment and integration of existing systems.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient utilization and optimal performance.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- 8+ years of working experience in IT or related experience.
- 4 - 6+ years of project management experience.
- Adapt easily between communications with executive leadership and highly technical resources.
- Work with stakeholders to establish clear goals, objectives, and performance delivery outcomes.
Preferred:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
- General knowledge of EverBridge xMatters
- General knowledge of PowerBI.
- Knowledge of Fusion Risk System.
The salary range for applicants for this position is $90,000 - $120,000.
