Role Description
Via Separations’ technology is pioneering the use of membrane filtration in challenging industrial applications. As a Senior Project Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of both pilot-scale and commercial projects. You will work closely with the Project Management team, internal cross-disciplinary teams, and external engineering partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and work breakdown structures.
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Address concerns and provide updates on project status through management of meeting minutes, action logs and reporting.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to generate reports and presentations.
- Provide insights that support decision-making and process improvements.
- Manage and maintain project documentation for accurate record-keeping.
- Support internal administrative engineering functions, particularly in AutoCAD Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Oversee BIM administration, including creating 3D model library parts, setting up drawing title blocks, and establishing CAD standards and libraries.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Track and report project spending against budgets to ensure financial accountability.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project goals.

The ideal candidate will have most or all of the following qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical), or a related technical field, with 3–5 years of experience OR 10–12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in process equipment OEM, AEC, or MEP firms is a plus.
- Strong background in project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and reporting software (e.g., MS Project, Microsoft Office, Google Suites).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling platforms and experience managing CAD standards and libraries.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Suite, AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar software is preferred.
- Responsible for creating new 3D model library parts, setting up title blocks for new drawings, and performing administrative functions within ACC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Confidence in working independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
- Some travel (up to 5%) may be required.
