Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
  • Plans the delivery of work products and project activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
  • Participates in the development of new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization
  • Develops and implements long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program
  • Develops work products independently
  • Works with project teams to meet timelines and produce work products that meet the needs of clients
  • Develops a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensures that program activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards
  • Participates in business development activities, including assisting with proposal responses
  • Provides direction, input and feedback to project team members as appropriate
  • Liaises with project managers to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery
  • Coordinates the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Identifies and evaluates the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks

Required Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and plan work efficiently within set time limits
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (preferably with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Experience

5+ year’s related experience, prior project management experiences

Certification

Working Conditions

  • Occasional travel to client sites or PCG events/meetings may be required

This position is a remote, work from home position. PCG is a remote-friendly organization and is committed to creating a culture where remote work remains a vital part of the company’s success. To be successful in a remote work role at PCG, you must:

PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $73,000 - 80,000.

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.  As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role below. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
