The Mission:
This role will serve as a strategic partner to an SVP of Product and their leadership team, helping identify opportunities, surface insights, and drive data-informed decisions that advance the organization's goals and mission. You will build a deep understanding of HubSpot’s business model and customers as well as strong partnership with executive leaders in multiple core product areas. This role goes beyond operational execution to shape, support and influence a growing organization.
This person will partner & support an SVP of Product as well as their extended leadership team. The Program Manager in this role will support all programs and initiatives necessary to run a seamless, fast paced and highly collaborative organization as well as create and partner on strategy.
The Challenge:
Our Senior Program Managers help make our team (and by extension, our whole 2400+ person department) more strategic and productive. They’re passionate about helping others, think of creative solutions to problems, and act as a positive force across the team and the whole department. They constantly ask, ‘How can we make this better? How can we make this run smoother?’
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop and refine strategic roadmaps and have the ability to draft strategy.
- Drive the operations program area strategy, assist with papers, new partnership deals, external meetings
- Write and create communications in the tone of voice of our senior leaders
- Manage prioritization of cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure continued focus on our strategy and vision
- Write and execute on internal & external comms (podcasts, keynotes, summits, board meetings, etc.)
- Maintain a high velocity of support while balancing multiple channels of requests and communication from colleagues, Product/Engineering leaders, and employees

- Bring a data-driven approach to problem solving; are comfortable navigating ambiguity and enjoys problem solving
- Demonstrate leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
- Enjoy building trust with internal customers, collaborators, and cross-functional teams
- Communicate in a way that brings clarity and excitement for stakeholders and partners

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
