Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple related projects within an organization to ensure they align with business objectives. They will focus on strategy, governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of the initiatives.

How will you make an impact?

  • Program Planning and Strategy: - Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals. Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Release management – lead the release cycle – internal and with all external interfaces.
  • Initiate, lead, and facilitate, R&D operations planning, related to processes, tools and continues improvement.
  • Define, measure and track KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of business operational methodologies and processes
  • Plan, monitor and control AWS budget consumption.

       Assisting in conducting operational reviews, identifying lessons learned, and making recommendations for future activities

Have you got what it takes?

  • Overall 12+ years of industry experience.
  • Minimum ~6-8 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading successful programs.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in Contact Center or SaaS domain is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs with multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
