Job Description
As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between the P&T organization and other organizations (like IT and BI). You will be responsible for driving complex programs to meet business objectives, ensuring seamless communication, and managing budget-related processes.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive complex programs in P&T to meet business objectives.
- Implement SaaS product management methodologies and best practices.
- Improve, standardize, and optimize P&T processes, including through automations and AI tools.
- Foster strong partnerships between the product team and corporate functions (like Finance, IT, HR, etc.).
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including P&T teams, senior leadership, and external partners. Actively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to P&T teams on the adoption and utilization of defined best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process performance, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Champion data-driven culture within P&T, encouraging evidence-based decision-making through rigorous analysis. Leverage AI, metrics and KPIs to guide strategy and prioritize initiatives.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a program manager in Product Management and / or R&D, preferably in a global SaaS company.
- Proficiency in project management and BI tools – an advantage. Proven experience in leveraging AI and automations technologies to enhance business processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Independent thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Highly energetic with a positive attitude and a passion for innovation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels. Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Excellent proficiency in English – a must.
