Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in thermal cameras. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Research and Development (R&D) as well as project management. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex projects from design to implementation, ensuring that objectives are met within the given timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage development projects for thermal cameras.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to define technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Develop and track project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure communication and coordination among various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure proposed solutions meet their expectations.
  • Manage relationships with critical suppliers to ensure the quality and availability of necessary components.
  • Oversee configuration management and engineering changes to ensure project integrity and compliance.
  • Identify and manage project risks, proposing solutions to mitigate them.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in the field of thermal cameras or similar technologies.

Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire de Programme Senior expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique spécialisée dans les caméras thermiques. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en recherche et développement (R&D) ainsi qu’en gestion de projet. Vous serez responsable de la supervision et de la coordination de projets complexes, de la conception à la mise en œuvre, en veillant à ce que les objectifs soient atteints dans les délais et les budgets impartis.

Responsabilités :

  • Diriger et gérer des projets de développement de caméras thermiques.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de R&D pour définir les spécifications techniques et les exigences du projet.
  • Élaborer et suivre les plans de projet, y compris les calendriers, les budgets et les ressources.
  • Assurer la communication et la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes, internes et externes.
