The Difference You Will Make:
As a Senior Program Manager, Payments you will be tasked with implementing large-scale programs and projects that drive the strategic goals of the Payments organization. You will work cross-functionally to improve productivity and efficiency, and do so with clear communication, efficient resource usage, and deep focus on overall project execution. You’ll play a critical role in bringing to life the Payments vision to build the world’s most loyal travel community through exceptional service.
A Typical Day:
- Work regularly with Payments leadership to define, launch, and execute various strategic and operational initiatives - introducing programs that have impactful and measurable outcomes
- Oversee a portfolio of critical initiatives where you will define, track, and execute against Payments strategic OKRs and KPIs
- Enable communication of project status and deliverables to key stakeholders
- Assess and anticipate risks associated with projects, change management, and ensure creative and effective mitigations are available
- Support the Payments Business Ops team to define, launch, and execute various strategic and operational projects
- Accountable for planning and execution of global strategic priorities across all departments within the Payments organization
- Ability effectively manage project teams teams, potential direct reports, while balancing individual tasks and responsibilities and leadership-level stakeholder communications
- Partner with Payments Product and relevant teams to develop the overall project plan; coordinating an agreement on scope, tracking success criteria, key achievements, and timelines
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the project with clear communication, efficient resource usage, and deep focus on overall project execution
- Effectively manage change by influencing and communicating with key stakeholders
- Prepare presentations and clearly communicate project deliverables to extended leadership within Payments and external stakeholders
- Collect operational requirements and work with stakeholders to assess and prioritize according to operational benefit
- In collaboration with the Payments and cross functional teams, communicate opportunities and advocate for product improvements and/or tools required to support project outcome and a flawless payments experience
- Leverage best practices and continually drive process improvements, but work creatively to drive execution and simplification
- Proactive about reaching out to stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables
Your Expertise:
- 10 years of project/program management experience, with emphasis on program management best practices and methods. Preferably in a high-growth high-volume service operations environment or management consulting background
- Strong critical thinking & communication skills
- Ability to drive alignment and clarity in unclear environments and drive outcomes by creating accountability
- Experience formulating digestible content from varying sources and delivering to senior leaders
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to align and address dependencies, issues, and risks that impact the program(s)
- Deep knowledge and experience using collaborative project management tools and processes (e.g. JIRA, Asana, AirTable Smartsheets, Google docs, scrum, agile)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Expertise:
- BS/BA degree in business or technical field or equivalent job experience
- Payments industry expertise or similar background
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycle
- Former Consulting or Business Operations experience
- Passion to work on unstructured business problems to help drive & influence change

How We'll Take Care of You:
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

$150,000—$191,500 USD
