About the Role
You will be part of the Program Management Office, responsible for delivering products that impact millions of investors worldwide. As a Senior Program Manager and cross-functional leader, you will motivate the team and keep them focused on delivering results by cutting through the noise. Teams want to work with you because you care about their success. Possible focus areas include APIs, investing products (FX, fixed income, etc.), and/or brokerage operations. This position requires broad experience with deep knowledge of product development processes, especially in finance and wealth management, to deliver end-to-end solutions in a highly regulated environment.
What You'll Do
- Plan, manage, and execute cross-functional programs of varying complexity while ensuring alignment with business strategy and guiding teams from development to end-user adoption
- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to integrate money movement functionalities, wealth management processes, and transaction handling while leading initiatives for account funding, withdrawals, escheatments, and IRA distributions
- Collaborate with engineering leads to develop project plans, estimate work efforts, identify dependencies, and allocate resources to deliver financial transaction and investment product capabilities
- Anticipate changes, manage risks related to financial transactions and regulatory compliance, and define priorities and deliverables while balancing trade-offs to ensure project success
- Provide clarity and actionable insights to teams and business leaders while driving critical decisions in money movement, escheatment processes, wealth management services, and compliance
- Ensure all product and service initiatives comply with financial regulations, including those governing money movement, escheatment processes, and wealth management
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of program management experience working with multiple cross-functional development teams in product engineering (full-stack)
- Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and deliver large-scale and complex initiatives
- Ability to apply project management frameworks to the correct scenarios
- Succinct and clear communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to adjust style to suit the audience
- Detailed and actionable documentation skills
- Proficient with related software and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, G-Suite, Slack)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
Nice To Have, But Not Required
- Experience in the fintech industry and/or digital assets
- Experience with APIs and SaaS
- Experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.
New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range
$200,000—$220,000 USD
