The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Senior Program Manager who will be responsible for the creation, development, improvement and implementation of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution to advance Velera’s consulting services to elevate our clients’ position in the marketplace. This individual will collaborate with key stakeholders across data, marketing, operations, sales and consulting teams to identify new or refine existing solutions to deliver compelling services through new technology, process refinement, cross-functional opportunities, operational efficiencies, market research, and strategic opportunities.
Day in the Life:

Propel the consulting organization’s offering through the development, refinement and implementation of marketing, automation, technology and data solutions to improve clients’ organizational health.

Partner closely with key stakeholders to research, develop and implement solutions consistently across Consulting organization to elevate solutions, improve efficiencies and expand market reach.

Demonstrate superior communication, collaboration and project management skills to successfully enhance or launch new solutions across the Consulting organization.

Monitor financial services industry and client needs to identify emerging opportunities for consideration to drive innovation within strategic offering to clients.

Develop business plans to support funding and adoption of new technology, platforms, services and consumer-facing marketing strategies into consulting practice.

Assess market and competitive conditions to develop creative, breakthrough approaches supporting improved client experiences and operational efficiencies through tech enablement and cross-functional support.

Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, define and refine business requirements, translating identified needs into next-best-action within available solutions or identify new solutions to support requirements.

Actively monitor industry and competitor offerings to continuously improve strategic marketing solutions and identify new opportunities to deploy within Velera ecosystem.

Define and influence business plans to incorporate new strategies, offers and messages for consumer marketing initiatives, leveraging marketing automation to drive performance and meet company goals.

Work closely with stakeholders and across the organization to proactively define and implement solutions involving Omni-channel marketing campaigns and hyper-personalized member communications.

Develop, implement and document departmental processes, controls and procedures for marketing and technology solution sets.

Assists various stakeholders and teams with understanding capabilities of technology solutions and train on across platforms.

Develop and implement train-the-trainer program to roll out and support use of new technologies and transitions from prior operating procedures.

Research, manage and deploy technology platform(s) to elevate consulting team’s solutions from static to contextually relevant, “near” real-time and omni-channel customer experience strategies.

Establish and evolve best practices for the marketing and technology solutions available to the consulting team.

Stays current on new and established Martech and CX Personalization platform features and capabilities relevant to the financial services industry.

Identifies risks to platform or individual initiatives and helps develop risk mitigations.

Identify process improvements or efficiencies for expense reduction.

Establish strong working relationships with a variety of internal and external partners to ensure flawless implementation of new or enhanced solutions.

Act as a subject matter expert and key contributor to team and cross-functional departments.

Champion change leadership to enhance Velera’s consulting services and foster a culture of entrepreneurial innovation where consultants are driven to find new solutions that benefit our clients.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Master’s degree preferred.
-
10 years of experience in a combination of payments, product, or operations in the banking industry.
-
5 years of experience in strategy, data, analytics, and marketing technology, preferably in the banking industry.

Proven experience creating revenue generating Martech solution.
-
Expertise in the development of consumer marketing strategies and the integration of digital solutions across multiple end-users.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience highly preferred.
