Job Description

This Freelance Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading creative development projects/tracks of work for one of our financial services clients. This should be a Senior level PM who has experience leading creative projects, developing and managing timelines, scoping and estimating creative tracks of work that includes Strategy, design, copy and sometimes UX work. The Senior PM is responsible for the day to day management of the creative team, running internal meetings, note taking, submitting artifacts for ADA reviews, Legal reviews and will lead 8-12 creative projects each quarter so experience in a high volume environment is encouraged. The Senior PM will partner with Account Services and will report up to the Delivery lead for all the creative projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Account/Project Management, Marketing, or related experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, preferably for paid media campaigns or user experience work
  • Experience with MS Office, Teams, Smartsheets.Other project management tools and software is welcome
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies, process and tools including staffing, scoping, estimating, burn management is preferred
  • Ability to communicate across multiple disciplines and skill sets to pull people together and comfortability working across a large team
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
  • You are a great listener and are excellent at absorbing information and inputs from the client and internal team to inform your actions and direction on a project
  • You are able to pivot and change direction quickly and effectively while staying focused on the end project goal

Compensation Range: $58/hr - $75/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 11/1/24.
