We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Consumer Commerce Solutions Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing the performance of our eCommerce platforms, with a focus on product data management, site search functionality, and project leadership. How You'll Create Possibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Site Search Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Site Search Vendor, scheduling regular reviews and prioritizing deliverables based on business needs.

  • Implement and oversee site search functionality improvements across Direct-to-Consumer websites and other Commerce platforms.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance search functionality, ensuring relevant and accurate results that improve the customer journey.

  • Create and maintain program roadmaps for site search, incorporating industry trends and vendor recommendations to drive innovation.

  • Manage technical troubleshooting related to search engine performance by collaborating with Digital Technology (DT) teams to resolve issues.

  • Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) by ensuring accurate integration into site search functionality.

Product Data Management:

  • Own the eCommerce product catalog and oversee how product data is consumed and displayed on all Commerce platforms.

  • Manage the documentation of data fields and their mappings to ensure clarity and accuracy across systems.

  • Conduct regular data audits to identify opportunities for optimization and improved sales performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with eCommerce goals.

Project Leadership:

  • Lead small to medium-sized projects related to product data and site search, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.

  • Provide support for larger initiatives where site search or product data is a component, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Define project scope, gather and document business requirements, and create detailed test cases.

  • Coordinate with the design team for mockups and DT teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in one or more of the following: eCommerce, Order Management, Fulfillment, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, and/or Project Management.

  • Knowledge of data management systems and tools to optimize product data workflows.

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced B2C environment, ideally in the long-cycle consumer products industry.

  • Strong business acumen with a history of driving performance and providing strategic leadership.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in matrixed organizations with the ability to influence and lead across multiple levels and teams.

  • Deep understanding of technical tools and technologies relevant to eCommerce operations.

  • Demonstrated creativity and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong background in problem-solving and innovative solution development.
