The Senior Product Technical Advisor - SCN will be responsible for keeping the SCN functioning and be able to provide data in the form of reports and queries to other groups. The SCN Manager is responsible for coordinating with Marketing to make sure the SCN has recent marketing materials and has ads that promote cross-selling. The position is also responsible for SCN to interface with the SpheraCloud family of products in the form of API calls for help file integration.

Role Responsibilities: 

Represent Sphera and communication with internal departments and customers via telephone, written correspondence while using internal CRM systems to document the SCN and to work with Customer Care Managers in getting data. This position requires good data analytic skills in addition to proficiency in coding.

  • Maintain documentation on SCN functionality and code
  • Work with C#, jQuery, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, and HTML code
  • Coordinate interaction between Documentation Team and Product Management for enhanced functionality
  • Key interface to Marketing for content and reports 
  • Act as technical lead, mentor, and role model for Sphera Team members 
  • Maintain Sphera facing reporting portals such as the Power BI portal 
  • Work with IT for site compliance. This includes all proper .net service packs or changes needed to comply with Security changes based on security audits
  • Create graphics when needed and coordinate SCN style with Sphera standards.

Qualifications: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the levels of knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform the job at acceptable standards. 

  • 2+ years programming and debugging skills are required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Information Technology field preferred) 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Must know C#, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products a plus
  • Strong customer service, accurate and logical problem solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills 
  • Extensive knowledge of MS SQL Server 2016 and Microsoft .net
  • Proficient in transact SQL
  • Server and network administration & troubleshooting skills within the Microsoft Windows Products 
  • Strong problem solving and documentation skills
