Senior Product Strategy and Operations Manager
In this role, you will lead all aspects of planning, execution, and optimization for Talent Planning, Growth and Development in the Product Organization. You will contribute to large scale initiatives for strategic planning and outcome management, operational processes and tools, associate development, and efficient communication and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and project management of the following programs to support Program Management, Design, Research and Product Operations:
- Hiring
- Onboarding
- Career growth and development
- Performance Management
- Collaborate with Product Organization leaders to define and prioritize programs to meet the needs of associates across disciplines.
- Enhance associate engagement to improve team satisfaction and skill development across the Product Organization.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to junior product operations staff.
- Work closely with our Learning and Development, DEI HR and Recruiting teams to execute overarching Talent Management strategies
- Surface and aggregate insights from employee listening systems and drives insights into talent programs and organization initiatives.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong understanding of Product Management and Design disciplines.
- Very strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with all levels across an organization.
- Experience designing and implementing Talent programs at scale, including building project plans and communication strategies, gaining stakeholder buy-in, and creating program materials.
- Passion for connecting with and supporting people and an inquisitive spirit with an iterative approach (you’re intentional about collecting and using feedback).
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, strategy, or operations roles.
- At least 4 years of People Ops experience with increasing responsibilities, leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to ongoing change.
- Demonstrated experience influencing leadership and setting expectations for large cross-functional initiatives.
- Broad knowledge of Talent practices and principles, experience in Talent functions.
- Experience successfully incorporating Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) goals into programs and initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and meet strategic Talent goals and improve performance by utilizing data and metrics
- Ability to figure things out without a road map, transform organizations, and reimagine ways to tackle problems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Design Thinking, or Leadership & Management certifications preferred.
Annual Salary
$143,000.00 - $224,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
