  • 担当製品の日本マーケットの担当者として信頼を得る必要がある。グローバルビジネスユニットのパートナー、他社製品の販売取引の場合は外部パートナー、および戦略的アライアンスチームと緊密に連携する事
  • 新製品発売戦略の構築を主導および調整し、タイムリーかつ効果的な上市に導く。日本の薬事部門や他社製品の場合は外部パートナー等、すべての関連するステークホルダーと連携する事
  • 表面的なことだけでなく、マーケットで実際に起きていることに常に注意を払い、前もってリスクに対処し、かつ成長のチャンスを見定める事

Main Responsibilities
A Day in the Life

  • 特定の製品または製品ポートフォリオの日本市場での成功に明確な責任を持つ事
  • 担当製品の市場における営業戦略の立案・調整を行う。日本市場のダイナミズムを深く理解し、営業部およびグローバルビジネスユニットの担当者と緊密に連携し、効果的に戦略を実行する事
  • 価格設定、品質関連事項の管理、および製品在庫管理といった、担当製品または製品ポートフォリオのライフサイクルマネジメントの責任を持つ事
  • 既存・新製品の正しいバリュー・プロポジション(value proposition:価値の提案)を定義するために、市場調査を企画主導し、成長余地をとらえ、既存製品およびパイプラインにある製品のValue proposition (訴求価値)を定義し、戦略を策定する事

Must Haves

Job Experience

  • 医療関連企業のプロダクトマーケティング業務経験がある事

Skills/Knowledge

  • 英語と日本語の両方で優れたコミュニケーション能力を有する事
  • 優れた文書作成能力及びプレゼンテーション能力を有する事

Competency

  • ビジネス領域全体でイノベーションを推進し、ベスト・プラクティスと知識の共有できる事
  • プロセス、システム、製品、またはサービスを大幅に改善、適応させる取り組みに参加できる事

Education

  • 学士以上 (学部・学科は問わない)

Job Experience

  • 生体情報モニタや呼吸管理等に関連する事業のマーケティング経験があることはプラス
