Job Description
CyberArk is seeking a Product Owner (PO) to join our elite team which is responsible for building one of CyberArk's strategic products designed to enable customers to securely access their sensitive assets.
The CyberArk PO holds a pivotal role within the R&D development team, responsible for bridging the gap between market requirements and the solutions implemented in our products. Equipped with a blend of comprehensive business acumen and technical expertise, the PO oversees the entire development lifecycle, from the planning phase through to development, testing, and ultimately, successful product release to our customers. The PO collaborates closely with a diverse array of stakeholders, including R&D Management, the Development Team, Product Management, Professional Services, Technical Writers, Customer Support, and Sales.
Responsibilities:

Produce valuable content for our customers.

Own the product backlog - Break down large features into smaller, manageable pieces, define and prioritize these pieces to create a releasable product.

Serve as the central point of contact for both internal and external parties within and outside the R&D department, providing insights into how the product operates, its capabilities, and the potential impact of any changes.

Analyze business requirements for the product and produce functional designs accordingly.

Leverage in-depth knowledge of the product and its usage by customers to collaborate closely with the rest of the R&D team, clarifying requirements and addressing any functional inquiries.

Lead major projects with high visibility, coordinating across multiple development teams
Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in roles such as functional analyst, product owner, product manager, solution architect, or lead engineer within the software industry, with a demonstrated proficiency in writing functional designs.

A Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or engineering, or hands-on experience of at least 3 years in software development.

Innovator by nature with a penchant for thinking outside the box.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of comprehensively grasping both the functional and technical dimensions of intricate systems.

Proactive and highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.

Proven experience in Agile methodologies.

Experience working with various databases - an advantage
