About the Role & Team:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner, GTM Systems (Unknown to Close) to join our Business Transformation team. This high-impact role will focus on optimizing and scaling our GTM processes and technologies, ensuring seamless alignment across Sales, SDRs, and Revenue Operations from initial engagement through deal closure.

Your mission will be to transform and optimize GTM systems and processes, driving operational efficiency, sales productivity, and lead flow ownership. You will work closely with Sales, SDRs, GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, and Corporate Engineering to define and implement scalable, high-impact solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce administration (architecture preferred), SaaS sales operations, GTM technology stack management, and Agile/Scrum execution.

As a Senior Product Owner, GTM Systems (Unknown to Close), you will focus on the following:Strategic Vision & GTM Leadership

  • Develop and execute a GTM systems roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals to drive revenue growth, pipeline efficiency, and sales execution.
  • Continuous optimization of  the Unknown to Close journey, ensuring seamless lead management, pipeline execution, and opportunity closure.
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic investments in sales automation and GTM scalability.
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to stakeholders on GTM technology, lead flow optimization, and process improvement.

Lead Flow Ownership & Sales Execution Optimization

  • Own lead flow management across the GTM funnel, ensuring efficient lead capture, routing, qualification, and handoff between SDRs and Sales.
  • Define and optimize MQL, SQL, and SAL criteria, ensuring seamless alignment between Marketing, SDRs, and Sales teams.
  • Enhance opportunity lifecycle management, streamlining processes from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Improve pipeline visibility and sales productivity through automation, reporting, and GTM system enhancements.

GTM Tech Stack Ownership

  • Drive the strategic design and coordination of the full user experience of the GTM technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow between SDRs, sales teams, and revenue leadership.
  • Optimize lead intelligence, prospecting tools, sales enablement platforms, and sales automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Engineering to enhance system integrations, data flow, and automation capabilities.
  • Ensure the GTM technology stack is scalable, efficient, and aligned with growth objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Sales, SDRs, GTM Strategy, and Revenue Operations to drive alignment on lead flow, sales execution, and GTM technology needs
  • Act as a key driver  in GTM process enhancements, technology investments, and operational scalability.

Product Ownership & Agile Execution

  • Serve as the Product Owner for GTM systems, managing backlogs, defining user stories, and driving Agile execution.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM system initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of high-impact sales and revenue operations projects.
  • Continuously gather feedback from users to enhance system functionality, automation, and adoption.

You will be a great addition to the team if you have the following: 

  • Background in RevOps, GTM Strategy, or Sales Enablement.
  • Knowledge of CPQ and sales forecasting tools.
  • Experience working with AI-driven sales automation tools.

At a minimum, you need to have the following: 

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in GTM systems, SaaS sales operations, or revenue technology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align SDRs, Sales, and RevOps on GTM process improvements.
  • Strong Project management skills
  • Deep Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise (Admin required, architecture preferred).
  • Experience managing Sales engagement platforms (Outreach, ZoomInfo.).
  • Proven ability to own lead flow processes and optimize sales execution.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum execution experience, with a track record of managing backlogs and delivering product enhancements.

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado. Colorado range: $174,000 - $261,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $193,000 - $290,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $174,000 - $261,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $174,000 - $261,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
