We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, messaging, and promotion of our U.S.-based crypto kiosk business. This role will be instrumental in shaping how CoinFlip shows up across retail environments and will drive the success of our out-of-home (OOH) advertising and product marketing initiatives.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Analytics, Legal, Product Development, and Engineering to align strategies and ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across every customer touchpoint. From naming and audience targeting to competitive research, feature prioritization, and external communications, you’ll help define how our products are experienced in the market—and how we grow a loyal customer base.

As the key liaison between our customers and internal teams, you’ll be closest to the voice of the customer. You’ll translate insights into marketing strategies and use data to continuously optimize campaigns for reach, relevance, and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Marketing, Product, Technology, and external vendors to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retail growth

  • Own go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for product and retail launches, with a focus on maximizing awareness and conversion across physical and digital touchpoints

  • Partner closely with analytics teams to develop measurement frameworks, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that inform ongoing optimization

  • Design and execute OOH advertising campaigns—such as transit, billboard, and street-level placements—that amplify brand visibility and drive foot traffic to ATM locations

  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, media planning, and creative production with a focus on ROI and scalability

  • Build strategic presentations and business cases for senior leadership, incorporating data and customer insights to influence direction and resource allocation

  • Craft compelling, customer-facing messaging and product narratives that translate technical capabilities into tangible benefits for everyday users

  • Develop marketing programs to drive awareness, trial, adoption, and retention among retail consumers, incorporating CRM, promotional offers, and experiential tactics

  • Stay current on fintech, retail, and crypto marketing trends to proactively position CoinFlip as an industry leader

  • Continuously evolve product positioning and customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral data, market feedback, and competitive analysis

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in retail marketing and out-of-home (OOH) or location-based advertising

  • 4+ years working directly with product and product marketing teams, preferably within fintech, crypto, or consumer tech industries

  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns—across physical retail, digital media, and offline channels—to reach and convert customers

  • Comfortable managing relationships with media agencies, creative vendors, and OOH providers

  • Highly analytical with a data-informed mindset—skilled at interpreting marketing performance data and translating it into strategic insights

  • Demonstrated ability to develop audience segmentation, product positioning, and lifecycle marketing strategies grounded in consumer behavior

  • Exceptional communicator, able to present confidently and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership

  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, balancing agility with structure to deliver consistent outcomes

  • Knowledge of marketing measurement tools and techniques (e.g., footfall attribution, brand lift studies, A/B testing)

  • Passion for emerging tech, crypto, and how marketing can educate and convert mass-market audiences

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 USD
