The Senior Product Manager is responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
    1. Write clear and detailed product requirements and specifications.
    2. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases for the development team.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
    2. Act as the main point of contact between the product team and other departments.
  3. Product Development Oversight:
    1. Oversee the product development process, ensuring it stays on track and meets deadlines.
    2. Address any issues or obstacles that arise during development.
  4. User Experience and Design:
    1. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is user-friendly and provides a positive user experience.
    2. Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into the product design.
  5. Customer Feedback and Support:
    1. Engage with customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns.
    2. Work with customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve product-related problems.
  6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
    1. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
    2. Continuously seek ways to improve the product and introduce innovative features.
  7. Data Driven Approach
    • Poses the ability to complete in-depth data analysis to identify ROI and should be proficient in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This data-driven approach is essential to ensure that the products and features we develop are profitable and meet our strategic objectives.
    • Experience with reporting, data warehousing, and generative AI is highly desirable.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills; Project management experience is desirable; experience with JIRA, Confluence
  • Detail oriented and demonstrated accuracy; excellent writing skills preferred;


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of work experience in Product Management
  • Strong data analysis and math background
  • Proven ability to create roadmaps and deliver products that generate high ROIs
  • Someone who up-levels the team and company, not just fills a gap.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, a high-energy go-getter
  • Strong project management skills
  • Previous experience in series D funding level companies or higher

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is preferred

Compensation Package Includes:

  • Salary $153,00 to $178,000 USD
