As the PMM lead for services, this position will work very closely with a wide variety of stakeholders - services leaders, customers, marketers, sellers, product management, designers, and our customer success group. The product marketer will contribute directly or indirectly to the goals of other roles, including service revenue, pipeline, awareness, customer experience, win rate, and churn. Additionally, this role will also contribute to Mindtickle’s overall product marketing goals and initiatives including analyst relations, pricing and packaging, GTM support, competitive intelligence, and messaging.

  • Develop a clear understanding of your target market, personas (buyers, influencers, users), top uses cases, and customer needs
  • Craft go-to-market strategies with clear objectives and success measures to drive adoption of Mindtickle’s wide variety of services capabilities including customer success, professional services, managed services, content-as-a-service (CaaS) and more.
  • Own the positioning and messaging for service offerings, and keep internal and external stakeholders (analysts, influencers) informed about changes.
  • Develop target customer personas and use case content based on market research and customer interactions.
  • Help influence the services offerings and future offerings to deliver a steady stream of innovative solutions within our services suite.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to arm the sales team to effectively deliver Mindtickle services’ unique value proposition to customers and prospects.
  • Partner with customer marketing and the services team to develop compelling customer success stories and testimonials around services.
  • Work with company and marketing leadership to refine services pricing and packaging across all solution areas. Create collateral in support of these initiatives such as pricing one-pagers, calculators, business case templates, etc
  • Be a part of the cross-functional team including members from product management and customer success group to clearly communicate value propositions of new services lines and offerings

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

  • 5+ years experience working as a product marketer, preferably in B2B sales or marketing software. Services focus area is a plus.
  • Passionate about written and visual communication of product and service offerings and their value propositions.
  • Experience partnering with B2B sales teams on messaging, content, enablement, and playbooks.
  • Highly cross-functional, with the ability to partner with different teams across the company.
  • Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
