The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Marketer with a background in digital and SaaS to help develop and launch go-to-market strategies, create collateral, and establish a thorough understanding of our customers and competition. You will be expected to communicate with confidence and authority, operate autonomously, and work across departments and time zones.

We’re looking for a star individual contributor. who’s capable of simultaneously maintaining multiple projects and building solid relationships across the organization in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Kick-off and manage go-to-market strategies for new features across our product portfolio.
  • Build, monitor, and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns that boost product activation and adoption. (email, in-app, and customer collateral) 
  • Work closely with our demand generation and content teams to drive the messaging and positioning for product and feature launch campaigns. 
  • Collaborate effectively with sales to develop new sales narratives, product demos, pitch decks and other collateral to improve win rates. 
  •  and customer success teams by creating and optimizing sales enablement materials.
  • Ensure the rest of the marketing team has a clear understanding of new and existing features, and that the internal documentation is up-to-date.
  • Maintain solid relationships with key cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Experience departments
  • Become an expert in the needs and aspirations of our business users and target personas: marketers and designers. 
  • Work with our Enablement team to facilitate workshops that help our GTM teams perform better.
  • Support the Director of Product Marketing in crafting the value proposition for new features and products.

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Ability to project manage various initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate technical details for a relatively non-technical audience
  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • You have a strong understanding and POV of how content helps businesses grow, especially in the B2B sector. 
  • You have a knack for building strong partnerships with sales and other GTM teams, and can influence decisions throughout the sales funnel. 
  • You have the confidence and technical skills to work effectively with product teams and help inform roadmap decisions by bringing feedback from GTM teams and customer research. 
  • You are solution-oriented and get energized by tackling hard-to-solve problems. 
  • You are constantly thinking up new and inventive ways to reach buyers, drive growth, and help sellers sell better. 

Tools we use, that we’d want you to use:

  • Experience working with Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Pendo, or similar software
  • Experience working with in-app notification tools like Pendo, Appcues, Beamer, or similar would be useful!
  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRMs is a plus

Experience working with Ceros Studio and/or MarkUp is a big plus!
