Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take a lead role in shaping how we bring our Workforce Intelligence platform to market. You’ll work at the intersection of product innovation, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to craft strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement. This is a unique opportunity to define the voice of a transformative platform in a fast-evolving market.

Responsibilities:

  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling positioning and messaging for Insightful’s Workforce Intelligence platform that resonate with IT leaders, operations teams, and executives
  • Market Intelligence: Stay on the pulse of industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings to refine strategies and highlight differentiators
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the Sales team with clear value propositions, customer success stories, and persuasive collateral to accelerate deal velocity
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive GTM strategies for new product launches, product updates, and market expansions to maximize adoption and growth
  • Thought Leadership: Collaborate with the Marketing team to create impactful assets like thought leadership articles, whitepapers, videos, and webinars focused on Workforce Intelligence
  • Customer Advocacy: Build relationships with key customers to capture feedback, develop case studies, and spotlight success stories
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on market needs and product priorities
  • Impact Measurement: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and iterate to improve performance and ROI


You are a great fit for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology with a focus on workforce, HR tech, or business intelligence
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated success in driving go-to-market strategies and launching innovative products
  • Strong understanding of workforce analytics, productivity solutions, or related fields
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to marketing
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
