About the opportunity

Join our Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as a Senior Product Marketing Manager to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting in the the Marketing Director, you’ll help shape how our Mariana Tek platform connects with fitness brands and their clients. Our software is purpose-built and well-loved in the industry, and we’re ready to take our messaging about it to the next level!

If you’re ready to bet on yourself as the first product marketer at a fast-growing SaaS organization, this role is for you! Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Product Launches: Own product launch strategy and execution, ensuring the successful rollout of new features. Lead a cross functional team that includes Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build launch plans, drive adoption, and measure success.

  • GTM Strategy: contribute to regular go-to-market planning with the sales and marketing team. Ensure all product launches and messaging updates are well-understood by all stakeholders, reflected in the marketing plan, and align with overall marketing strategy.

  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop and refine messaging frameworks that convey the value of Mariana Tek to boutique fitness studios. You’ll translate technical capabilities into benefits that resonate with studio operators and their clients, focusing on how all features work together to deliver impactful results. 

  • Competitive & Market Research: Stay informed on the competitive landscape, trends in boutique fitness, and customer needs. Use insights to position Mariana Tek as the most trusted partner for premium fitness brands in the market. 

  • Sales Enablement: Equip the Sales team with content and tools like pitch decks, battle cards, and other materials that clearly communicate value, address objections, and help close deals. 

  • Customer & User Advocacy: Partner with clients and our Community Team to build success stories that showcase Mariana Tek’s impact on their businesses and communities. 

  • Content Development: Work with the content and creative team to create engaging product-related content (blogs, case studies, one-pagers, videos, webinars, etc.) so that every product launch stands out. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to bring the voice of the customer into product development and influence the roadmap. 

  • Metrics & Insights: Define and measure key metrics, including adoption, engagement, and revenue impact of your initiatives. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes.

You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.

- The average base salary pay range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000 

- May be considered for a discretionary annual bonus

Qualifications for this role:

  • A self-motivated, product marketing whiz: with 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing in B2B SaaS. You want to come in and build our product marketing muscle from the ground up.

  • A fitness enthusiast: You live and breathe fitness and have a deep appreciation for boutique studio experiences. 

  • A true collaborator: you love bringing teams together around a common goal. You have experience working with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on goals and deliver results. 

  • A great storyteller: You can simplify complex topics into clear, compelling, and impactful narratives. 

  • An analytical mindset: Proven success in driving go-to-market strategies and product launches with measurable outcomes. Ability to translate data into actionable insights. 

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content. 

  • A bias toward action and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Energized about working with a small, growing team of marketing and fitness experts - Happy to pitch in where needed. 

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Snowflake, and quick adoption of other b2b tools and tech.
