We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product commercialization and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Avail business line, focusing on independent landlords and renters.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and the rest of the Marketing team to execute strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and customer engagement. 

What you’ll do:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Drive the execution and refinement of the product vision by understanding consumer pain points and perceptions.
  • Collaborate on product research efforts with customers and across the industry, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and enhance product positioning and messaging frameworks to support new product launches.
  • Contribute to pricing models based on research and competitive landscape to recommend structural pricing and packaging

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Partner with stakeholders to accelerate product vision through compelling go-to-market strategies.
  • Define success criteria, provide direction, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective GTM execution.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Create materials to communicate product updates for internal and external audiences.
  • Write and design marketing collateral that highlights product features and value propositions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all product and customer-facing materials.

Customer Insights and Growth:

  • Develop a nuanced understanding of landlord and tenant personas, segmentation, and industry trends.
  • Identify areas for growth and propose product-led initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Execute multivariate tests to optimize lead activation, customer retention, and user experience.

Collaboration and Expertise:

  • Work closely with the rest of Marketing to inform our product positioning across all materials
  • Collaborate with Partnerships Manager on ongoing partnership marketing initiatives.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Avail product, including conducting demos and maintaining accurate documentation.

What you’ll bring:

Experience and Skills:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Strategy, or Customer Success
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies in SaaS or B2C environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill data into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in conducting A/B and multivariate testing and using platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SendGrid, and Iterable.

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-first mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills, including project proposals, presentation decks, and customer-facing copy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Passion for proptech, fintech, or real estate

Nice to Have:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in the proptech or multifamily property management industry.
  • Familiarity with SaaS subscription models and competitive trends within the industry.
