About the Role
ShiftCare is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Senior Product Marketer to join our fast-growing B2B SaaS company. This role is pivotal as our first North American hire within the Marketing team, with the opportunity to grow and lead the North American marketing function while collaborating closely with our Australia-based team of 6 marketers.

As a Senior Product Marketer, you'll drive go-to-market strategies, shape product positioning, and execute campaigns that drive demand and customer growth in the North American market. This role is ideal for a self-starter looking to make an impact and scale a regional marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies tailored to the North American market.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Create impactful sales enablement materials, content (case studies, whitepapers, videos), and customer campaigns that showcase product value.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and regional trends.
  • Track campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Champion the growth of the North American marketing team, building a strong foundation for regional expansion.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop messaging, positioning, and campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience creating engaging content.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building processes from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce/HubSpot CRM.
  • Comfortable working remotely and autonomously while staying connected to a global team.
