Are you a strategic thinker passionate about shaping the future of digital products?We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Commercial & Experience Tracking product team, which is pivotal in empowering other teams across our organization to drive significant changes in the customer experience. This product team is responsible for integrating data sources to elevate data informed decision-making across the organization.Core Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional product-teams successfully to ship value to customers early and often.
- Harmonize a product strategy with business objectives, outlining a vivid vision for all involved parties and drive business outcomes.
- Drive the end-to-end product development process and the product lifecycle, ensuring coherence with the team strategy, delivering tangible Business results.
- Lead continuous discovery by assessing usability, viability and feasibility of the experiences and products that are within the team's responsibility and remit.
- Build an autonomous product team and promoting a continuous delivery culture focused on customer outcomes with measurable key results.
- Take ownership of the product backlog and requirement definition and supporting the team across all key agile events.
- Help strike a balance between creating innovative, immersive experiences and delivering incremental value.

This position is anchored within the Shopper Product team, a division of LEGO Retail. You will join a larger group of Product Managers supporting LEGO® Retail, which includes responsibilities for LEGO.com and LEGO® Branded Retail stores.
Do you have what it takes?
We expect you to show proven experience as a product manager in large companies, specializing in product management, solving complex business problems for users.
Extensive experience leading product teams throughout the lifecycle, with a track record of successful discovery, delivery and continuous iterations is required. Moreover, we must see your product leadership through developing and communicating a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, market trends and customer needs.
As a person we expect you to demonstrate:
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis to inform decisions, prioritize features, and measure performance.
- Ability to provide feedback to the team in a way that is both positive and meaningful to their growth and personal development.
- Collaborative mindset with all levels of seniority and audiences, to gain consensus and support.
- Comfort with big vision and detail, to develop a product strategy and help the team to refine tickets.
- Curious mindset, data-driven approach and passion about solving customer needs; the ability to synthesize user research, and quantitative data to understand customer behavior and develop new opportunities is essential.
- Great communication skills, being empathetic to build effective relationships with partners quickly.
- Clear passion for brand engagement and immersion to create unique experiences that wow visitors on LEGO.com.
- Strong data and technical literacy to communicate effectively with software engineers and data engineers.
