We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team, working closely with our Firmware (FW) and Embedded Software (SW) teams.

Requirements

You Are:

• An experienced professional with a background in firmware and/or embedded software development.
• Familiar with development for the Automotive, Communication, or Mobile industries.
• A strong communicator, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
• A team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A strategic thinker who is passionate about technology and innovation.

You Have:

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in the firmware and embedded software domains.
• A solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• A background in R&D, with experience as a team or tech lead being a significant advantage.

Note: Candidates with vast experience as R&D team leads who are looking to transition into product management are encouraged to apply.

Position location: in our TLV or Haifa offices, at least one working day at the secondary site (Hybrid model)

Responsibilities

You Will:

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance proteanTecs FW and In-Field Applications requirements and roadmaps.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
• Drive product launches and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Monitor and analyze product deliveries, usage, and performance to make data-driven optimization decisions.
