Key Responsibilities:
- Vision and Strategy: Define a product vision and strategy while identifying market trends and customer needs.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term and long-term goals.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products and ensure alignment.
- Customer Insights: Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable features.
- Execution: Oversee the product lifecycle, monitor performance, and improve outcomes.
- Market Launch: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analysis to drive product decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure success metrics.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in product management, with a focus on B2C products and e-commerce. Proven success with SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and user experience design expertise.
- Technical Acumen: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Soft Skills: Ownership, accountability, and excellent communication abilities.
