About your team:
You’ll be working centrally within our mission control room, aka Centrica’s group functions. From Finance and Data Science, to our Wellbeing and People teams - this is the engine of our energy system, where our various Centres of Excellence power up each of our brilliant businesses, ensuring they have all the support, technologies, and capabilities they need to get our customers to Net Zero by 2050.
Join Centrica as a Senior Product Manager, Field X – Field Services
Are you ready to create digital products that empower our 6,000 Field Engineers? Reporting to the Director of Field Transformation, you’ll lead the development of mobile products that enable exceptional customer service while maintaining competitive costs.
Location: Flexible UK locations with FlexFirst hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Development: Drive discovery, development, and iteration of mobile Field products, delivering optimal solutions and commercial value.

Strategy: Use qualitative and quantitative data and market trends to develop an effective product strategy.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Align product strategy with company vision and goals, representing the voice of the end users.

Team Engagement: Work closely with research, design, and engineering teams to define impactful solutions.

Delivery Management: Focus on high-value work, manage the backlog of epics and user stories, and support team ceremonies.

Visibility: Keep teammates, stakeholders, and partners informed of plans and progress, incorporating feedback along the way.
Who You Are:

Experienced: At least 1 year in a senior product management role.
