About AnyRoad

AnyRoad is the leader in experiential marketing software. We were founded on the belief that real-life, in-person experiences offer brands invaluable opportunities to build long-lasting relationships with their consumers, ultimately creating a community of brand advocates and accelerating revenue growth.

AnyRoad offers the only unified platform for experiential marketing that effectively connects back-end processes like booking, ticketing, payments, and more, with first-party data capture, consumer feedback, and analytics. Armed with our platform, leading brands across various industries are able to streamline and scale their event operations, drive continuous improvements in their strategy with actionable insights, and increase the return on investment from every experience.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of cutting-edge products that empower major brands to create unforgettable experiential marketing campaigns. Your work will directly impact how millions of consumers engage with live experiences—from exclusive tours and club memberships to large-scale events and activations.

Reporting to the Director of Product, you will define and execute a product vision that enhances brand-consumer connections. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams to develop high-quality, scalable features that drive engagement and revenue. This is a high-impact role where strategic thinking, creativity, and execution meet to shape the future of live brand experiences.

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office - we are in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Execute the Product Roadmap:
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex customer pain points into intuitive, impactful features.
  • End-to-End Ownership:
  • Take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle—from ideation through launch and iterative improvements—ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage research and analytics to prioritize features and make informed product decisions that enhance user engagement.
  • Product Evangelism:
  • Clearly communicate product goals, updates, and successes internally and externally, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with consumer-facing products used at scale.
  • Ability to break down complex challenges and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A bias toward action, with experience owning a product end-to-end—from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where agility and continuous learning are key.
  • Comfort working with engineering teams, understanding technical trade-offs, and leveraging data to inform decisions.
