This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. Join GoDaddy's Data Analytics organization, where we harness the power of data, analytics, ML models and Generative AI to deliver transformative experiences for our customers worldwide. As a Senior Product Manager for Data Platforms, you'll play a pivotal role in leading opportunities across our global business, employing cutting-edge technologies to maximize value through our platforms for our micro-businesses and entrepreneurs. 

In this key position, you'll work closely with our internal Data Engineering and Generative AI teams to develop and mature our Data platforms and services. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven platform product manager with prior experience building technology platform solutions and a deep passion for user research and experimentation. In this role, you will partner closely with the product and engineering teams across the company to define the requirements and roadmap ensuring that our products and services meet the evolving needs of our business.

What you'll get to do...

• Lead the product vision, strategy, planning, and delivery of platform capabilities delivering measurable value to business with each iteration.
• Deeply understand the customer journey, develop hypotheses, choose relevant metrics, and derive actionable insights incorporating user research and experimentation.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data science, AI/ML teams, UX and architects, to drive the ideation, development, and delivery of AI-powered products and capabilities.
• Champion the adoption of Data products and services across GoDaddy's ecosystem, working closely with security, legal and privacy, risk, IT and other contributing. Regularly communicate progress, results, and KPI to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and drive sustained value through key product metrics.

Your experience should include...

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, data analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with AI/ML experience.
• Highly proficient in making analytical decisions by crafting, executing, and deciphering A/B tests aimed at enhancing product features and user interfaces.
• Profound business sense and platform vision. Proficient in interpreting technical requirements and translating them into actionable product features.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex business and technical concepts to a diverse set of audiences in a cross-functional organization.

You might also have...

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or an equivalent field.
