We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our enterprise invoice and procure-to-pay (P2P) software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of invoice management, procurement processes, spend management and financial workflows, combined with a track record of delivering other industry-leading solutions at companies like Intuit, SAP, Coupa, or Tipalti. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations while staying ahead of industry trends.

What you will do:

  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy for enterprise invoice and P2P software, aligning with customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Roadmap Development: Build and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand pain points, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights and KPIs to assess product performance and inform ongoing improvements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain innovative and market-leading.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Partner with product marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, strategy, and performance metrics to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on enterprise invoice or procure-to-pay software.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven track record of success at leading companies such as Intuit, SAP, Coupa, or Tipalti.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial operations, procurement processes, accounts payable workflows, and related technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with modern software development processes, APIs, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
