We seek an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive our product strategy and delivery. You will develop and implement the product roadmap, prioritize features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive customer-focused product solutions that align with business objectives.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Work closely with the Product and Partner Solutions team to develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned product areas, including discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
- Experience in developing platform or B2B products, you are very comfortable working with partners and developers.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other internal teams to align product features with customer and business needs.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.
- Prioritise product features and improvements based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with the company's goals.
- Monitor product performance, KPIs, and metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in the Fintech or Payments industry.
- Proven ability to analyse data, translate insights into strategic actions, and measure product success.
- Strong product management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
