Job Description Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead and manage key tools and applications supporting appraisal report writing. This includes overseeing proprietary and acquired applications, ensuring they are optimized to meet current and future needs in the valuation environment. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in business analysis, product management, and market awareness to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
This role requires a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to understanding business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful outcomes. A deep understanding of how technology can be effectively deployed in appraisal and valuation processes is critical.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
• Oversee Development and Enhancement of Tools: Manage the lifecycle of proprietary and acquired applications supporting appraisal report writing.
• Innovation and Market Awareness: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for integrating new solutions into the appraisal and valuation workflow.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business teams, technical teams, and end users to ensure applications align with organizational goals and user needs.
• Vendor and Partnership Management: Collaborate with external partners or vendors for acquired applications to ensure they meet business expectations and are optimized post-implementation.
Business Analysis:
• Requirements Gathering: Lead the process of capturing and refining detailed business requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points.
• Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
Technical Consulting and Project Delivery:
• Collaborate with Technical Resources: Work with internal and external technical teams, leveraging tools within and outside the Microsoft suite (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, Dynamics, etc.), to design and implement solutions.
• Outcome-Focused Delivery: Ensure project delivery timelines are met, with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track application performance and inform future development.
• Support Change Management: Develop training, communication, and support plans to ensure smooth adoption of new or enhanced applications.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:
o Proven experience in business analysis and product management roles, preferably in appraisal, valuation, or financial services.
o Demonstrated expertise in managing application lifecycles and delivering technology solutions.
• Technical Proficiency:
o Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite of tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
o Familiarity with database management and API integration.
o Understanding of proprietary and acquired application management.
• Skills:
o Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
o Strong analytical skills to assess needs and evaluate potential solutions.
o Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
